TranslatedChat provides messaging, calling, media sharing, and translation features. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Profile name and optional profile photo

• Message content you send and receive (text, media, and attachments)
• Message metadata (timestamps, sender/receiver IDs, delivery/read status, conversation IDs)
• Calling metadata (call status, timestamps, and related signaling data)

• Push notification tokens (for message and call notifications)
• Crash and diagnostics data (to improve stability and security)
• Basic technical/network info needed to run the service

Depending on permissions you grant:

• Contacts: to resolve/display contact names and support contact sharing
• Microphone/Camera: for voice/video calls and media capture
• Location: only when you explicitly choose location sharing
• Notifications: to deliver message/call alerts

We request permissions in context and you can deny/revoke them in Android settings.

We use data to:

• Create and secure your account
• Deliver messages, calls, media, and notifications
• Provide translation features

When translation features are used, message content may be processed by translation services to generate translated output. Translation results may not always be perfectly accurate.
