Messages pass through our servers only long enough to reach each recipient. Once delivered, the server copy is removed automatically — we do not keep a cloud archive of your chats.
Zero cloud archive
We do not maintain long-term server-side chat archives. Your conversation history is yours to keep on your phone — not stored as a permanent cloud backup by us.

Turn translation off
Disable translation inside a thread or in Settings. One switch — full control over how your messages travel.

Bypass cloud translation
With translation off, message text completely bypasses cloud translation servers. Content moves purely encrypted from device to device.

Temporary routing, then gone
Server delivery copies exist only to route the message in real time. After delivery they are deleted automatically. If someone is offline, we may hold an encrypted copy only until they receive it.
